Margaret shot a flying dress, surprise engagement and boudoir pictures in October 2025. The pictures turned out amazing. She was so amazing to work with. Never let on about the surprise! Absolutely loved working with her and highly recommend her! I have pictures from that shoot all over our home! Some amazing memories!
My story started in Poland, continued in Norway, and eventually brought me to Costa Rica — a place where I now live between the ocean and the jungle with my family.
For many years, I was drawn to movement, nature, freedom, and adventure. But in 2013, after breaking my elbow snowboarding, my life slowed down in a way I never expected. I went through several operations, pain, and a long healing process. During that time, photography became more than a hobby. It became a way to express myself, to reconnect with my body, and to find beauty again in the middle of change.
I started with self-portraits, and later studied art photography in Norway. Over time, my camera became a way not only to create images, but to tell stories — stories of women, love, motherhood, connection, healing, and presence.
Before photography became my full-time path, I also became a yoga teacher. Yoga shaped the way I see people and the way I work with them. I know how vulnerable it can feel to be in front of the camera, so my sessions are gentle, guided, and focused on helping you feel safe, beautiful, and seen.
Today, I photograph women, couples, families, weddings, retreats, and personal brands in Costa Rica. My style is natural, warm, feminine, emotional, and deeply connected to nature. I love soft light, movement, real connection, wind, water, skin, laughter, quiet moments, and everything that feels alive.

Nothing is required, I simply like to be helpful where I can. After living here and working with many wonderful people, I’m happy to share trusted contacts and local knowledge to make your experience in Costa Rica feel easier, more personal and beautifully connected.
Because I have lived in Costa Rica for several years and work with many different types of sessions, weddings, elopements, retreats and families, I know how helpful it can be to have a few trusted local recommendations.

While photography is always my main focus, I’m also happy to help guide you with some of the extra details if needed. Depending on your session or event, I can recommend hair and makeup artists, florists, ceremony arches, officiants, private chefs, transportation, or beautiful locations such as waterfalls, beaches and hidden natural spots.
For couples, families, groups and retreats, I can also help connect you with private transfers and local experiences, including ocean tours and land tours. These can be privately guided by my husband, a local Costa Rican guide ( through www.privateguanacaste.com )
