At Studio Margaret we are 100% committed to providing the best possible service and end product to my clients. I permit a lot of flexibility in the use of my images and simply ask that you notify us of specific desired uses for the photos and of course, provide us with the appropriate credit (Photos by www.studiomargaret.net / Instagram: @renataaphoto & @studiomargaret_mra / Facebook: “Studio Margaret” - @studiomargaretMRA / Margaret Renata Aulejtner) when our images or videos are used.

 

Booking deposit:

Booking deposit 200$ to be paid as soon as the Client wants to book. 

The remaining amount of payment is to be paid on the day of the session, right after the session, and before the final product is delivered.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

Please notify me before 72 hours scheduled session if you will need to cancel the shoot.

Studio Margaret will charge deposit fee for cancellations not made before 72 hours. Please note, that the entire deposit fee will be also assessed if we arrive at the agreed location of the session to find the wedding or the session is cancelled for any reason. 

Reschedules of the session will be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with an existing booking. Photographer must be informed about it as soon as it is possible.There may apply additional fee for rescheduling.

Delivery of the product:

The photographer will be take pictures documenting the wedding (or other event) from different angles, and as it goes. After the ceremony the photographer offers a private photo session: all the guest with the new married couple and private for just the couple only. The photographer will take pictures of family members or other guests in settings as requested by the client (such as all together, just family, just girls, just boys, etc). After group pictures, during private session with the couple the photographer will take pictures: posed and candid, using different backgrounds in the area. The photographer can offer drone photography if interested. 

After the session, the photographer will be culling the best photos (eliminating duplicates, blurs, and blinks) and editing to give them best natural look. The best selected pictures are then edited and delivered to the client.

The number of delivered pictures is not specified, nor limited and all best pictures will be delivered. The amount of pictures is depending on several factors such as: length of the event and session, number of people attending the event, location, weather, cooperation and others. The quality of photographs are up to 42.5 megapixels.

The gallery is typically ready within 10 working days of the session. An online gallery will be shared through the link to Filemail, WeTransfer or similar. The pictures will be available to download from the gallery for 7 days.​

 

Videography: 

It is also possible to order and book videography that can be taken the same day as the wedding/event and it must be agreed before with Studio Margaret on the details wanted by the client and the purpose of the video. Studio Margaret can deliver an edited cinematic movie up HD resolution (in slow-motion), or 4K (normal motion) covering and highlighting the main points of the event, showing the most interesting shots taken during the session. The length of the video will depend on how the event develops and how much footage was gather during this time, length of the event, as well as the purpose unless it was specified together with a client. Footage will be edited, color graded and put together into one movie file with music in the background. The final video will be delivered within 25 working days of the session. The client can choose or suggest kind of music they wish to have in the video edit.

Rights:

The Work created by Studio Margaret during the event constitutes the copyrighted work of Margaret Aulejtner. The Work at all times shall remain the property of Studio Margaret. Any portion of the Work delivered to Client is for Client’s personal or contracted business use only. Client may not sell or reproduce, nor authorize the sale or reproduction of, any portion of the Work without the Studio Margaret written consent.

Privacy Policy:

Any information we collect in is treated confidentially. We do not share or sell your information to third party companies. If you entered your email, name and phone number this information is only used internally and for future promotional marketing and you will be able unsubscribe at the bottom of any e-mail you receive.

Meals and refreshments:

A meal/lunch as well as water or other soft drinks are much appreciated please (vegan and gluten free), often it is hard to be able to get a chance to get food and going off site is not always possible (this is not usually taken with your guests as the photographer has important duties to perform during this period). Where coverage includes up to mid-evening then a second light meal should be available. The photographer will take a short break and eat away from guests. Where coverage has been agreed to include a photographers assistant then the same conditions apply for this individual. Meals must be served at the same time as when the bride and groom are served as this will ensure least coverage lost (we do not take pictures while eating due to not appealing look) NOTE: it is normal practice to provide meals for your other wedding vendors e.g. toastmaster, DJ, videographer, band, magician.

 

Responsibilities:

It is the clients responsibility to secure access to all areas for photography/videography. The client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permissions, clearance permits etc. which may be required for Studio Margaret to photograph/videograph the event, public or private. 

 

The client assumes all responsibility for obtaining and retaining permissions for access to any requested camera positions and is solely responsible for the quality of the final production resulting from the use of, or inability to use, such camera positions. Studio Margaret will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions. 

 

It is the clients responsibility to inform Studio Margaret of all timings and locations for the event day, if timings are changed it is clients responsibility to inform Studio Margaret of updated timings. Studio Margaret will not be responsible for coverage lost due to timing changes.

 

For a wedding or other event booking the photographer(s) shall endeavour to capture all the moments throughout the day as they occur. However, because of the fluid nature of the event, some moments might not be recorded, or not recorded for logistical reasons. 

 

Shooting time and wedding party co-operation:

The photography schedule is designed to accomplish the goals and wishes of The Client in an enjoyable manner. The Parties agree that cheerful co-operation and punctuality by all members of the wedding party are therefore essential to that purpose. 

Late arrival could reduce the amount of time for the photographs and The Photographer shall not be held liable for failure to take desired photographs. 

The Photographer is not responsible if key individuals fail to appear, fail to co-operate during photography sessions, or for failure to capture images due to details not revealed to The Photographer

 

Exclusivity and guest photography: 

So that you receive the best service and most compelling photos possible, The Photographer must be the only vendor offering a photography service at the wedding. Other vendors offering photography as an ‘add-on’ to their primary service are also not allowed (i.e. DJs offering a photography service). If there is a need for any other additional photographer or videographer it must be agreed with the Photographer beforehand. 

To capture formal family and group portraits i.e. after the Wedding ceremony and/or during the bridal party portrait session, the Parties agree that the sessions are for the express use of The Photographer. Because of time constraints and the need for subjects to give full attention to The Photographer, guests cannot be permitted during the formal photography sessions.  

If time permits, The Photographer may make opportunities throughout this session for guests to take photos. 

Guests are welcome to take photos – with one caveat: If guests inhibit the Photographer’s ability to fully document your Wedding, the Photographer will request you (the Client) to intervene to resolve the issue. The Parties agree that The Photographer will not be held responsible for photograph shots missed or compromised due to interference by other wedding guests, or vendors. (Note this doesn’t prohibit photobooth companies). 

During the private photography session, it is asked that no other still photographs are taken other than by prior mutual agreement.

 

Style and edits:

All creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of the Studio Margaret. The client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Studio Margaret portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the Studio Margaret style. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the photos/video shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria as they are familiar with the artistic style of Studio Margaret. 

 

The client grants full editorial and production control to Studio Margaret for all aspects of the production and post-production services for the event. In the event a particular segment of the event is either not recorded, partially recorded, or not a part of the edited master tape, it is at the sole discretion of Studio Margaret as the exclusive producer of the events videography and /or photography. 

 

Other info:

Studio Margaret Aulejtner will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. Bad weather, accidents, interference from guests etc.

 

Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, the photographer will not be responsible for photographs that are not produced due to technical failure.

 

Studio Margaret reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health, in this event all monies will be refunded in full. 

 

Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Studio Margaret of any technical or other problems with their product within 7 days of delivery. After the 7 day period, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed satisfied with the product. Client understands and agrees that Studio Margaret is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this shoot 60 days after the photos/video have been delivered to Client. 

 

Model Release:

The client hereby grants to the Studio Margaret and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish pictures and/or videos of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The client hereby releases the Studio Margaret and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said videos.

 

Refunds:

The product that is delivered is digital and there is no refund.
