Terms & Condition

Learn about our policy for families, kids, single portrait, boudoir, couples, prenatal, newborns and similar photo sessions




At Studio Margaret we are 100% committed to providing the best possible service and end product to my clients. I permit a lot of flexibility in the use of my images and simply ask that you notify us of specific desired uses for the photos and of course, provide us with the appropriate credit (Photos by / Instagram: @renataaphoto & @studiomargaret_mra / Facebook: “Studio Margaret” - @studiomargaretMRA / Margaret Renata Aulejtner) when our images or videos are used.


Booking deposit:

Booking deposit 100$ to be paid as soon as the Client wants to book. 

The remaining amount of payment is to be paid on the day of the session, right after the session, and before the final product is delivered.

Please notify me before 48 hours scheduled session if you will need to cancel the shoot.

Studio Margaret will charge deposit fee for cancellations not made before 48 hours. Please note, that the entire deposit fee will be also assessed if we arrive at the agreed location of the session to find the shoot is cancelled for any reason. 

Reschedules of the session will be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with an existing booking. Photographer must be informed about it as soon as it is possible.There is no additional fee for rescheduling itself.

The Clients are responsible to check the weather before scheduling a shoot, therefore, there will be fee of $25 assessed for rescheduling due to bad weather if we are already on the way to the agreed location. If it is raining at the time of the shoot, we will wait and try to take some shots or return at another time for additional 25$. We will not charge additional 25$ if Studio Margaret is notified about rescheduling before leaving to the session.

Delivery of the product:

The photographer will take pictures of all family members (or other group, kids, couples etc) together, posed and candid, using different backgrounds in the area, as well as different setting of the members (such as just parents, just kids, etc. that are requested by the client etc.). The photographer can offer drone photography and in water/underwater shots if interested. 

After the session, the photographer will be culling the best photos (eliminating duplicates, blurs, and blinks) and editing to give them best natural look. The best selected pictures are then edited and delivered to the client.

The number of delivered pictures is not specified, nor limited and all best pictures will be delivered. The amount of pictures is depending on several factors such as: length of the session, number of people attending the session, location, weather, cooperation and others. The quality of photographs are up to 42.5 megapixels.

The gallery is typically ready within 10 working days of the session. An online gallery will be shared through the link to Filemail, WeTransfer or similar. The pictures will be available to download from the gallery for 7 days.​


It is also possible to order and book videography that can be taken the same day as the photo session and it must be agreed before with Studio Margaret on the details wanted by the client and the purpose of the video. Studio Margaret can deliver an edited cinematic movie up HD resolution (in slow-motion), or 4K (normal motion) covering and highlighting the main points of the agreed session, showing the most interesting shots taken during the session. The length of the video will depend on how the session develops and how much footage was gather during this time, as well as the purpose unless it was specified together with a client. Footage will be edited, color graded and put together into one movie file with music in the background. The final video will be delivered within 25 working days of the session. The client can choose or suggest kind of music they wish to have in the video edit.


The Work created by Studio Margaret during the event constitutes the copyrighted work of Margaret Aulejtner. The Work at all times shall remain the property of Studio Margaret. Any portion of the Work delivered to Client is for Client’s personal or contracted business use only. Client may not sell or reproduce, nor authorize the sale or reproduction of, any portion of the Work without the Studio Margaret written consent

Privacy Policy:

Any information we collect in is treated confidentially. We do not share or sell your information to third party companies. If you entered your email, name and phone number this information is only used internally and for future promotional marketing and you will be able unsubscribe at the bottom of any e-mail you receive.


It is the clients responsibility to secure access to all areas for photography/videography. The client assumes all responsibilities for obtaining any necessary permissions, clearance permits etc. which may be required for Studio Margaret to photograph/videograph, public or private. 


Style and edits:

All creative aspects such as shooting and editing style are at the discretion of the Studio Margaret. The client acknowledges that they are familiar with the Studio Margaret portfolio and is requesting services with knowledge of the Studio Margaret style. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the photos/video shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria as they are familiar with the artistic style of Studio Margaret. 


The client grants full editorial and production control to Studio Margaret for all aspects of the production and post-production services for the event. In the event a particular segment of the event is either not recorded, partially recorded, or not a part of the edited master tape, it is at the sole discretion of Studio Margaret as the exclusive producer of the events videography and /or photography. 


Conduct & Safety:

Studio Margaret is not responsible for the behaviour of your children during the photoshoot, although the photographer will try their best to gain their attention and try to relax them. If images of your children cannot be captured due to their behaviour, the photoshoot will be rescheduled and a fee of 25$ will apply.

The client is responsible for the health and safety of all children during the photoshoot. The client must ensure that parents, carers or other responsible adult other than the Photographer are present with the children at all times. 


Requested Photographs/Blinking:

Studio Margaret cannot be held responsible for lack of coverage caused by any member of the family not being on time, or by venue imposing photography restrictions.

Should the Photographer notice that a member of the family has been seen to blink, the photograph will be taken again but it is impossible to guarantee to see all of them.

We strive to honour all photographs requested and agreed in advance. We will ask you for your list of essential photographs and will not deviate from this list unless asked otherwise on the day. We cannot be held responsible for missed photographs due to weather disturbances although all effort will be taken to provide the agreed coverage. 


Other info:

Studio Margaret Aulejtner will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. Bad weather, accidents, interference from other people etc.


Studio Margaret reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health, in this event all monies will be refunded in full. 


Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, the photographer will not be responsible for photographs that are not produced due to technical failure. In case of technical issues we able to offer a session at another time to finish to work if needed.

To capture family, group, kids, or couple portraits i.e., the Parties agree that the sessions are for the express use of The Photographer. Because of time constraints and the need for subjects to give full attention to The Photographer, people attending the session or other family or friends accompanying cannot be permitted during the formal photography sessions. 

Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform Studio Margaret of any technical or other problems with their product within 7 days of delivery. After the 7 day period, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed satisfied with the product. Client understands and agrees that Studio Margaret is not required to maintain copies of the photos from this shoot 60 days after the photos/video have been delivered to Client. 


Model Release:

The client hereby grants to the Studio Margaret and its legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish pictures and/or videos of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same. The client hereby releases the Studio Margaret and its legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said videos.



The product that is delivered is digital and there is no refund.
